We Are Rooftop.
In Mark 2:1-12, four friends carry a paralyzed man to Jesus. When they couldn't get through the crowd, they didn't turn back, they carried him up, tore through the rooftop, and lowered him down (Mark 2:4). It took extreme effort, unwavering commitment to their friend, and a willingness to break through the obstacles that stood in the way of healing.
That story is the heartbeat of Rooftop.
Our founder, Frank, knows what it means to hit rock bottom. He ran a construction operation that failed, and when it did, his life fell apart with it. The debt, the stress, the weight of it all, it took everything. He lost the business, and for a season, he lost himself too.
But Frank didn't stay down. With a relentless commitment to Christ and a community of people who refused to let him go, he started rebuilding. One day at a time, one decision at a time, he pulled himself out of the hole. He rebuilt himself, and then he rebuilt his operation, stronger and more disciplined than before.
Frank didn't learn turnaround from a textbook. He lived it. Before he built this firm, he had to rebuild himself. Like the man lowered through the roof, his own turnaround required radical intervention, deep faith, and people willing to carry the weight when he couldn't do it alone.
Today, we lead Rooftop Financial with that same conviction, but the mission has grown. We've seen too many blue collar business owners buried in debt, drowning in unpaid invoices, with no clarity into their numbers and no time for the people they love. We don't just manage the balance sheet. We help blue collar industries navigate finance and technology, bringing clarity to the numbers and structure to the operation, so you can get your time, your family, and your business back. We get on the roof. We do the heavy lifting. And we lower the resources down to the businesses and communities that need them most.
